The “Platforms Project 2024 – Independent Art Fair,” the international fair of the independent art scene, returns for its twelfth consecutive year, showcasing a collection of artistic platforms and groups from 25 countries. This year’s event will be hosted from October 10 to 13 at the Tobacco Factory, which has been renovated to serve as a modern cultural and social hub for meeting and exchanging ideas.

The band, which has been stirring up New York and is well on its way to rock ‘n’ roll stardom, comes with fresh material from their new album “Purgatory.” The opening act will be Bonnie Nettles from Greece.
The monologue “Cassandra” by playwright Sergio Blanco is being transformed into an opera at the Alternative Stage of the Greek National Opera (September 27-29), following a joint commission by the Alternative Stage and the Experimental Center of the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires to Pablo Ortiz. The lead role will be performed by the transgender soprano Maria Castillo de Lima. The production is directed by Diana Theoharidi and Alexandros Efklidis, while the musicians of the Ergon Ensemble will be conducted by Nikos Vassiliou.
Just a few days remain until the grand concert “Nothing Goes to Waste: 50 Years of Songs for a Better World“, which will take place on Tuesday, October 15, at the Lycabettus Municipal Theater.
